AIGINT autopilot is an autonomous trading agent that — once engaged — can place, cancel, and modify orders on your linked brokerage account on your behalf, without asking for confirmation on each individual order. Autopilot operates continuously during market hours (and may take protective action outside of market hours, such as cancelling stale orders) until you disengage it or trigger an emergency stop.
Markets are volatile. Autopilot can — and at times will — lose money. Losses may occur quickly, may exceed your expectations, and in adverse market conditions can consume the full capital you have allocated to it. Past performance, simulated performance, and back-tests are not indicative of future results. Autopilot may be unable to liquidate positions during market halts, illiquid conditions, broker outages, or extended-hours gaps.
AIGINT is a software platform. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary. Nothing autopilot does is personal financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any particular security, or a representation that any trade is suitable for your individual financial situation. You are the principal on every trade.
You are responsible for monitoring your positions, your broker account, and the tax consequences of every trade autopilot executes on your behalf. You are responsible for funding the account, for maintaining margin if applicable, and for understanding the contractual terms of your linked brokerage. You can disengage autopilot from the Aigint.Fi app at any time, and you can trigger an emergency stop from the same surface; both actions are immediate.

This disclosure is versioned. When AIGINT publishes a new version, your prior acknowledgment is preserved in the audit trail but is not carried forward — you will be asked to re-sign the new version before autopilot can be re-engaged. Every signature is recorded with the version, the timestamp, and a salted hash of your IP and user agent for evidence purposes.
