AIGINT Data License — what we use, what we don't, and how to opt out.

WHAT WE USE: Your inputs, the platform's outputs, and the outcome signals attached to them, anonymized and aggregated where feasible, to train and improve the platform: RLMF (the platform's reinforcement learning from market feedback), the Hive Mind (cross-tenant insight pool), and the LNN (the platform's liquid neural net).

WHAT WE DO NOT USE: secrets you have stored as BYOK (bring-your-own-key) credentials; any field on a Firm Output Contract tagged sensitive; anything written into a tenant-private namespace.

OPT-OUT: You can opt out at any time from your Settings page or at /legal/data-license. Opting out STOPS new contributions from your account immediately. It does NOT remove existing aggregated learnings: once a model has learned from a signal, that learning cannot be unlearned. Your account is labelled as opted-out so future training rows from your activity are excluded.

AUDIT: A consent-history export is available at any time from Settings.
