v1
AIGINT Platform Terms of Service 1. Service. AIGINT provides the platform and the Firm primitive on a "as-is" basis subject to these terms. 2. Account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. 3. Data License. By using the platform you grant AIGINT the license described in the Data License document. You may opt out at any time per that document. 4. Spawned Firms. If you spawn a Firm you are the Firm's legal owner and accept the indemnification posture set out in section 5. 5. Indemnification. The full matrix is the data table indemnification_matrix v1: AIGINT indemnifies platform-substrate failures; spawners indemnify Firm-design / Firm-output liability; users indemnify Firm/AIGINT for misuse of output in violation of the Firm's disclosures. 6. Termination. Either party may terminate per the published termination policy. 7. Counsel-reviewed final wording governs once published; this v1 is a placeholder for the counsel pass. <!-- aigint-subfirm-ownership --> ## AIGINT ownership of agent-spawned sub-firms (clause v2026-05-01) When agents inside any Firm on AIGINT — including a Firm you yourself spawned — propose and spawn a sub-firm, the resulting sub-firm is owned by AIGINT. Authorising your collective to spawn sub-firms is a consent to let those agents use the parent Firm's substrate and budget; it is not a transfer of the spawned child to you. This is true regardless of whether the parent Firm is first-party (an AIGINT product) or third-party (a Firm you spawned through the Spawn-a-Firm wizard). For every AIGINT-owned sub-firm, AIGINT records the originating Firm, the originating tenant, and the originating agent that proposed the sub-firm, and preserves that provenance on the sub-firm's record. AIGINT reserves the right to introduce a profit-share program that references this provenance in the future, but does not commit to doing so today. Any such program, if introduced, will be announced through a versioned update to these Terms.
