AI Terms & Disclosure
These AI Terms supplement the AIGINT Platform Terms of Service. They apply to every paid AI-product subscription on the platform and are designed to satisfy the disclosure requirements of the Connecticut AI Act (SB 5).
Provider identity
These paid AI products are operated by AIGINT, Inc. ("AIGINT", "we", "us"). AIGINT is the AI service provider, the data controller for telemetry generated by your use of these products, and the entity legally responsible to you under the AIGINT Platform Terms of Service. Operator and contact details are also published at /legal/terms.
What this product is
This product uses generative AI and statistical models to assist your work. It is not a human professional and does not provide financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. Outputs are informational only; you remain solely responsible for any decision you make.
How outputs are produced
Outputs are generated by a mix of large language models, in-house Liquid Neural Networks, retrieval pipelines, and rule-based components. Quality varies by input, model availability, and data freshness. Models can hallucinate, miss context, or repeat training-data biases.
What we log and how long we keep it
For safety, audit, billing, and quality we log: your inputs, the outputs returned to you, model identifiers and versions, latency and cost, error codes, and (at acknowledgment time) a SHA-256 hash of your IP address and user agent. Operational logs are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law (for example, financial or tax retention obligations). Acknowledgment rows in `ai_disclosure_consents` are append-only and retained for the lifetime of your account so we can prove which disclosure version you accepted and when. The platform Data License opt-out continues to suppress training reuse of any logged content.
Your responsibilities
You will (a) review every output before acting on it, (b) not use the product to violate law or third-party rights, (c) not present unedited outputs as professional advice to others, and (d) follow any product-specific disclosures shown in the surface you are using.
Complaints, questions, and how to reach us
If you believe an AI output harmed you, was deceptive, or violated these AI Terms, contact us at legal@aigint.ai with the subject "AI disclosure complaint". Include the product name, the approximate time of the interaction, and a short description. We will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 30 days. You may also raise a complaint with your state Attorney General; in Connecticut, complaints under the Connecticut AI Act (SB 5) may be filed with the Office of the Attorney General.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These AI Terms supplement the AIGINT Platform Terms of Service and are governed by the same governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions set out there. For users resident in Connecticut, the Connecticut AI Act (Public Act 25-XX, "SB 5") applies; nothing in these AI Terms waives any right granted to you by SB 5 or any other applicable consumer-protection statute.
Re-acknowledgment
When this disclosure is materially updated we increment its version. The next time you initiate a paid AI checkout (or open the affected product surface) you will be prompted to re-acknowledge the new version before the checkout session is created. The current version identifier is shown next to the "AI Terms" link in the inline disclosure block on each subscribe page.
AI subscription terms
This disclosure is drafted to mirror current platform behavior and is provided for counsel review; it is not legal advice or final legal approval.
Usage limits on your plan
Paid plans carry quantitative limits tied to the plan you configure — for example, the number of properties, suppliers, or supply chains you monitor, the analysis frequency you select, your access type (dashboard, API, or both), and your $SIG budget — all of which determine your monthly price. Access to higher-tier feeds and capabilities is gated by subscription tier (free, consumer, professional, enterprise, and lab), so some feeds and features require a minimum tier and are not available on lower plans.
Quality and functionality may vary
AI outputs are inherently variable. Quality depends on your inputs, the availability and freshness of underlying models and data, and current platform load. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect, and individual features may behave differently over time as models and pipelines change.
Discretion we retain to reduce the service
To protect platform stability, manage cost and capacity, and respond to provider availability, AIGINT may at its discretion reduce the quantity, quality, or functionality of the AI. This includes routing your requests to different or lower-cost underlying models, applying rate limits or queueing during periods of high load, temporarily degrading or suspending non-essential capabilities, and changing, deprecating, or removing features. We aim to preserve the core function of your plan, but we do not guarantee a specific model, latency, throughput, or output quality.
Billing, renewal, and changes to these terms
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. We may modify these subscription terms, your plan's limits, pricing, or the discretion described above. Where a change is material, it takes effect at your next renewal, and — where required — we will notify you and/or prompt you to re-acknowledge the updated AI Terms before the change applies to you.
How your data trains our AI
This disclosure is drafted to mirror current platform behavior and is provided for counsel review; it is not legal advice or final legal approval.
What we use to train and improve our AI
We use the content you provide to the platform — including your Speaker chat conversations, prompts, instructions, feedback, and the signals generated by how the AI's outputs perform — to train, tune, and improve the platform's AI and continuous-learning systems. Concretely this includes our Liquid Neural Network (which continually learns from a replay buffer), reinforcement-style reward signals derived from outcomes, our institutional and intelligence memory (which consolidates lessons across sessions), and vector embeddings used for retrieval. Learning happens at the platform level, so improvements derived from aggregated activity can benefit every user.
Third-party model providers
Some outputs are produced by third-party large language model providers. We send them the inputs needed to generate a response. We do not authorize those providers to train their own foundation models on your content beyond what is necessary to deliver the service; provider handling is described on the Subprocessors page.
Your choice — the Data License opt-out
You can stop new contributions from your account to platform-wide learning at any time from the Data License page (/legal/data-license). Opting out halts future contributions; it does not remove learnings the platform has already absorbed, because aggregated training cannot be reversed for one participant. If you exercise a deletion right, we remove your identifiable records and strip your attribution from prior contributions rather than retroactively unlearning aggregate model state.
